A LETTER FROM THE EDITOR-IN-CHIEF "Alexa, play 'Season of the Witch.'" I have to say, I am SO happy it's officially witch season! If you know me, you know this is absolutely my time of year. ere is just something about fall that feels a little magical. e crisp air, changing leaves, cozy nights, Halloween, pumpkin spice, and of course, a little bit of witchy energy. I'm here for all of it! I know our cover this month will resonate with so many of you here in New Jersey, especially our fellow New York Giants and New York Jets fans! It was such a fun photoshoot, and honestly, that's one of the things I love most about what I do here at VUE Magazine: finding the right people, stories, and experiences that truly resonate with our audience. Aer all, I have to keep our readers happy! Growing up, my family was always the sports family. You could hear football playing throughout our house every Sunday. And if we weren't gathered around watching the game, we were usually on the sidelines somewhere, cheering on my brother at his hockey games or baseball games. Looking back, some of my favorite memories really are those simple family moments, and I think that's one of the reasons I love this time of year so much. Fall has a way of bringing those traditions and memories back. Fall has always been a season of change, and this year, that feeling really hits home for me. So much has been changing in my life lately, and thankfully, it's all been in the best ways. New opportunities, new towns we're traveling to, and new chapters unfolding in so many different parts of life. Change isn't always easy, and sometimes we don't realize how much we've grown until we take a moment to look back. But I've learned that the unexpected turns, new opportunities, and even the things that initially feel uncomfortable can lead us somewhere wonderful. Maybe that's what I love about fall. It reminds us that letting go of what was can make room for what's next. And of course, the smell of pumpkin spice is officially back! Who's excited?! ere's just something about fall in New Jersey. e crisp mornings, football Sundays, changing leaves, cozy nights, and all the traditions that make this season so special. And if you're looking for something fun to do with the family, be sure to check out our guide to some of New Jersey's best pumpkin patches in this issue! Our incredible VUE team came together for this issue and created something truly special for all of you. I hope you enjoy every page, discover someone or something new, and feel the same excitement we felt putting it all together. So make the memories. Enjoy the little things. Embrace the changes. Cheer on your favorite team. Grab that pumpkin spice latte. Take the family pumpkin picking. Life moves quickly, and we only get one life to love, laugh, and live, so make it count.
