Kevin Kelly Vision helps individuals and initiatives of all different types, opening their arms and donating their time to those who need support. Partnering with organizations including RAINE Foundation, Dress for Success, Collier Group Home, 5 under 40, and Hazlet's Hope Network, Kevin Kelly Vision helps to raise funds, provide support, and spread awareness of those in need. Monmouth County-based celebrity hair stylist and community advocate Kevin Kelly is the founder of Kevin Kelly Vision, a non-profit organization supporting a variety of causes, groups, and individuals in New Jersey. Known for incredible fashion shows, beauty-inspired events, and annual charity drives, Kevin Kelly Vision strives to inspire the community, using beauty as a tool of empowerment to get involved and be a part of a great change in the community. Beginning his styling career in the garage of his mother's home at the age of 17, Kevin Kelly always strived for great things. Gaining more traction and needing a bigger space to work in, Kevin Kelly and his mother opened up Kevin Kelly Salon. Being a new name in the community, Kevin Kelly wanted to get his name out there as a stylist, but he also wanted to create more than just a beauty brand and give back to the community who built the foundation of his career. In the beginning, Kevin Kelly hosted events such as breakfasts with Santa and a Pink-O-Ween event to support Breast Cancer. Kevin Kelly had the idea to mold his experience in the beauty world with his love for giving back and created his first charity fashion show. With tickets to the initial fashion show in high demand, the event had to be moved to a bigger space. Recognizing the traction the exciting, engaging event was receiving, Kevin Kelly realized that the Monmouth County area did not have a charity organization that was doing what he was, marking the birth of Kevin Kelly Vision and a wave of positive change in the community. While high-caliber events, like the annual fashion shows, are a staple for generating funds to support the foundation, the fundraisers with a specific purpose or person at the center of the initiative are what sets Kevin Kelly Vision apart from other organizations. Truly listening to what the community needs, Kevin Kelly Vision is there to support individuals and groups in need, giving out food for Christmas when it is oen overlooked, and always advocating for those who might go unnoticed, the "underdogs." "People don't think about food for Christmas, they think about toys," Kelly explained. "Listening to what the community actually needs and being able to help and making it fun so people come out and support is what we do." Jack's Miracle Mission was an amazing fundraiser hosted by Kevin Kelly Vision where money was raised for a local boy battling INAD. An Italian market-inspired event was hosted, featuring vendors, beverages, and a pasta-making class. Raising over $15,000 and giving everyone involved a night to remember, Kevin Kelly Vision proved their support to individuals in need and ability to make charity work exciting and inspiring to the community.
