16 years ago, Elbow Grease Detailing began with little more than a passion for cars, a collection of detailing supplies, and a 1997 Infiniti QX4. Its founder would load up the SUV and travel from house to house, detailing cars for friends, family, and a steadily growing list of clients. At the time, mobile detailing was still a relatively new concept, but demand quickly grew. One vehicle became multiple vans, additional team members came on board, and eventually the business needed a place to call home. Aer a brief start in his parents' garage, Elbow Grease opened its first official shop on Belmar Boulevard in Wall. As the clientele continued to grow, the company eventually outgrew that space as well. Today, Elbow Grease operates from a 3,000-square-foot facility in Tinton Falls, where the team has evolved far beyond traditional detailing. e shop now serves as a one-stop destination for vehicle appearance and protection, offering detailing, ceramic coatings, window tint, paint protection film, and full wraps. Whether working on a car, motorcycle, boat, or RV, the philosophy is the same: quality comes first. Every project begins with a conversation about the client's vision, expectations, and budget. From there, the team focuses on the details that can take a vehicle from standard to completely custom. Sometimes that means a dramatic color change or stealth wrap; other times, something as subtle as window tint or a chrome delete can transform the entire look.
