VUE: When you think about the future of ENFUI, what
do you want to explore that you haven't been able to yet?
And ultimately, what do you hope people feel when they
encounter your work?
Arpacilar: I really want to explore animation, cartoons,
and eventually bring my character ENFUI to life outside
of the paintings. I want to build an entire world around
the character and see how far I can take it creatively.
More than anything, I hope people feel inspired when
they see my work and my journey as an artist. At the end
of the day, everything starts with taking that first step. I
especially want to inspire everybody to create no matter
the age, because I feel like creativity is slowly getting lost
in our world. Being able to imagine something and then
bring it to life is a gi, and I want ENFUI to remind
people not to lose that.
