Both the Giants and Jets franchises have different amenities and perks for their suite holders and renters, who are some of their most important clients. For the New York Giants, suite holders have pre- and post-game field access opportunities and in-game alumni visits. During the games, dedicated concierge services are offered, where well-trained staff members provide a wide array of services to suite holders and their guests to ensure their comfort and relaxation during game time. During halftime, guests have an exclusive 30 percent off at the team store, and year-round suite holders have dedicated customer service reps to assist with all their questions and needs, and are given access to stadium spaces to hold special events, as well as get exclusive invites to other suite holder events.
