It's all around us and although you might not be an "artist," it's something we all take part in. From the music we listen to and our choices on home décor to what we wear, or even the way we garnish our plate for Sunday dinner, we are constantly expressing ourselves through some form of art. For me, art is a tremendous part of my life. As a bit of a musician, chef, designer and of course, publisher of such a design-focused magazine, art is something I am constantly immersed in. The true luxury of art is ever changing and for some, it may be as simple as a pair of hand-crafted shoes and yet for another, it may be an elaborate canvas hanging above the dining room mantel. Over the past few months, the team and I had the opportunity to take part in some of the greatest art-inspired experiences. From our travels to Art Basel and The Met, to meeting some of the most talented artists like Misty Copeland and Miri Ben-Ari, this issue of VUE magazine has more character and creative light than any issue to date. Hopefully, what we are able to bring to you this issue is some new found creativity that you can share within your own world. Because after all, we are all artists in our own right and we're all looking for a new way to express how we see the world and for you and I, it's probably very different which is what makes it so beautiful.
