LIFE AT THE TOP INSIDE THE GLASS HOUSE By Kelly Edgeworth O ne of the most spectacular parts of living in Northern New Jersey are the incredible views of the New York City skyline. It is almost a rite of pas- sage for any New Jersey-native to find a place along the Gold Coast to call home. The aura of the world's most renowned city is that of power, prominence and bustling industry—sought after by many who consider life on the harbor a prime location. But with such a glorious view oftentimes comes tight living quarters, with prices that tend to escalate each year. However, a renaissance of new housing opportunities has recently ris- en in the small, urban yet coastal town of Edgewater. This including the new- ly-constructed luxury condominium and townhouse building—The Glass House. Unlike other densely-packed buildings in the surrounding vicinity, The Glass House holds the concepts of relaxation, comfort and community to the utmost importance. The Glass House's location truly speaks to the beauty of living in the tri-state area, as residents are in close proximity to both the Edgewater Harbor and Midtown Manhattan. Each home boasts stunning skyline views, complimented by bright and spacious areas which create an inviting feeling for any potential resident. The Glass House is a huge proponent of open layouts, designed to take full advantage of its awe-inspiring area. VUE ON DESIGN V U E N J . C O M 20
