On November 16, VUE Magazine alongside Paul Miller
Group and the MARIANO RIVERA FOUNDATION
hosted "Pitch In" — a fundraising event designed to support
and promote the Yankee legend's personal non-profit. For
the past 20 years, the Foundation has been devoted to
providing youth from impoverished families with education
opportunities in effort to inspire them for the foreseeable
future.
VUE would like to issue a
special thank you to all of those
who participated in making this
a night to remember — including
Mariano Rivera himself, who
also served as the coverstar of
our 2017 Holiday & Charity
Issue. Attendees of the event
walked the red carpet outside
of Jersey City's Maritime Parc,
and were welcomed by a private
cocktail hour, sit down dinner
and custom cake provided by
Carlo's Bakery. roughout the
evening, among dozens of items
were auctioned off live and all of
the proceeds from the event will
go towards benefitting the building of a new learning center
in New Rochelle, NY. VUE is overjoyed by the contributions
of both our sponsors and attendees and thank you all for
your continued support.
