Taking inspiration from the late British aristocrat and
naturalist, Baron Walter Rothschild, Mary Katrantzou
brought her Resort 2018 collection to the foregrounds
of his ornate Waddesdon Manor Estate. Multi-colored
ensembles are an amalgamation of zoological designs
featuring hyperreal feather and exotic flora prints,
with touches of sparkling sequins, splashes of lamé
and eye-catching stripes. Her collection is effortlessly
cool, striking a balance between psychedelic patterns
and structured, yet feminine silhouettes.
