addition, Zaha Hadid Architects' iconic
design complements the space with a
sense of connectivity. e curving exo-
skeleton is visible from the structure's in-
terior through the windows and was used
by Artefacto as an anchor for the interior
design.
e residential tower was developed
by Louis Birdman, Gregg Covin, Kevin
Venger, Regalia Group, and New York-
based Plaza Construction. With construc-
tion currently underway on the building's
interiors and the overall project expected
to reach completion in early 2019, it's safe
to say that One ousand Museum Tower
has officially changed Miami's skyline in
an exhilarating way.
