Midday Cocktail: Paloma 2 oz Aldez Reposado ¾ oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice ½ oz Organic Agave Syrup Tip: Agave syrup is a mix of equal parts water and agave nectar Splash of Club Soda Directions: Add all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top off with club soda. Garnish with a grapefruit slice. Nightcap: Mexican Old Fashion 2 oz Aldez Añejo 2 dashes Angostura Bitters 2 dashes Oranges Bitters ¼ oz Organic Agave Nectar Directions: Add all the ingredients in a pint glass over ice and stir slowly.
