Fort Lauderdale is an expansive 517-room boutique hotel that takes up an entire city block and sits adjacent to Fort Lauderdale beach. It is located right across the street from the Las Olas Boulevard strip which is filled with restaurants, art galleries, and nightlife. With its full-service amenities and convenient location, there's plenty to do both within and beyond its doors. T he W. Fort Lauderdale was built in 2009 and underwent major renovations in 2017. Interiors retain their boutique modern appeal while offering plenty of options for guests who want to take a laid-back trip and spend as little time as possible indoors. Only a ten-minute walk from Las Olas Boulevard, there's plenty to do beyond the hotel property, from outdoor dining at lively restaurants, perusing art galleries, and mingling with eclectic Floridians and visitors alike. The exterior of the hotel is mostly glass reflecting the blue hues of clear Florida skies and deep aqua of the sea, and the building's shape is designed to complement the ocean's waves. Two pools are located on the premises. The pool in the West tower offers a mellow ambiance and is perfect for having cocktails with friends or reading a book under the sun. The East tower pool hosts live DJ parties where guests can dance and kick back in the Living Room area which is designed for those looking to enjoy outdoor events in or out of the pool.
