One of our favorite lunch spots on the property was definitely PB+G, which stands for pool, bar and grill. Diners with a sweet tooth should not miss out on any of the heavenly desserts and pastries that are prepared by Executive Pastry Chef, Rabii Saber. Saber oversees all of the sweets sold across the resort's six restaurants, and is also a master chocolatier, and a tenured Four Seasons chef with over 10 years of experience creating hand-crafted desserts. While most of his desserts incorporate fresh fruit, Saber's special skill is in creating chocolate sculptures that are popular for weddings and parties hosted by the resort. Inspired by holidays in his native Morocco, Saber recalls helping his mother create special holiday sweets using ingredients like honey and almonds. Since 2000, Saber has bounced around taking on roles as executive pastry chef under other internationally renowned chefs like Top Chef Michael Voltaggio and master patissier Frederic Monti among others.
