Smaller spaces are also available at e Hamilton which opts for a more casual quaint exterior. is living space has a cozy appeal with a tight-knit community all around and a beautiful rooop courtyard for social gatherings. For the co-founders, it was hard to see the shores being diminished by the outdated buildings and residences, especially for Jason who visited the quiet coastal town throughout his childhood. However, with MODE Architects overseeing the new vision of Seaside Heights, the locals anxiously await the revival of their community in the aermath of Hurricane Sandy and the Funtown Pier fire. e renovation project has become a personal agenda of sentimental value for Jason and Daniel as they continue to work with the locals and shape the future of Seaside Heights.
