restaurant is MosaCaƱa. Perfect for large groups
and big appetites, the dishes here are served
family-style and at first glance, the menu can
appear intimidating. However, there isn't one
single dish to miss. e chips and guacamole
appetizer is perfectly seasoned and includes bits
of roast corn, adding a deeper layer of flavor to
a classic dish. e tuna tartare tastes fresh and is
accompanied by ginger ice, wakame, and ponzu,
allowing diners to enjoy the texture of the fish
and the flavors of the garnishes. e pulpo a la
parrilla is a perfectly grilled octopus with the right
amount of char to add an extra layer of texture
and flavor. For red meat lovers, the short ribs and
picanha are perfectly tender and juicy. e short
ribs are served with chili oil and gochujang, while
the picanha is accompanied by chimichurri sauce.
Similar to the red meat, the bao bun rendang also
features tender, juicy, pulled beef while the elote
side with chipotle aioli, cilantro, and cotija cheese
offers a cooling flavor to cleanse the palate. Finally,
the rosette and churros are the final notes to leave
any diner satiated.
