Nancy says she has always known that art was her calling; she had an unusual eye and saw things beyond what they really were. She saw color and depth in everything occupying her environment which proposes an exceptional ability. Originally from Connecticut, Nancy attended a boarding school in New Jersey as a young girl. She enrolled in many art classes and was immediately commended by her mentors for her undeniable talent. She was bold in her approach to tasks and defied the status quo of traditional art which translates into her artistry today. At the onset of her career, Nancy attended the Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia, PA, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and was the recipient of a travel fellowship. is was a competitive initiative with exacting qualifications, and Nancy's ambitious outlook on trusting her instinct and redefining the traditionality of art landed her in the right position to receive this fortuitous opportunity. She ventured to the South of France to elevate her skill set, sculpting in limestone during the day and painting at night. Despite the discouraging critiques made by mentors within the program, she quickly adopted the mindset to "do what you need to do because your instincts will never steer you wrong." Aer graduating from the Moore College of Art & Design, she found her home in Princeton, NJ, where she started a job working for Seward Johnson as an apprentice and later spent some time as a graphic designer. Every step in Nancy's career was a remarkable stride towards further developing her portfolio and branding a name for herself as an artist. At Nancy's current estate, she transformed large bays that the previous owner used for car collectibles into an impressive art exhibit, a secluded space where she can let her creative energy flow for hours on end while staying motivated by her surrounding, finalized artwork.
