Restaurant & Hospitality Industry Background VUE: With your background in both the restaurant and hospitality industries, what inspired you to transition into something like Sweet Honey Farm? DEVON: My background in hospitality allows me to create a welcoming space where friends can reconnect with themselves and add a new dimension to their lives. In a world full of nightlife-driven social clubs, Sweet Honey Farm offers something different: a place that keeps us curious, engaged, and aligned with a healthier, balanced lifestyle. For the past 17 years, since my father passed to suicide, my driving purpose has been helping people feel good and wake up happier. With Sweet Honey Farm, I wanted to bring food and wellness back to basics—simple, wholesome, and rooted in nature. It all starts with the soil, nurturing it so that it can nurture us in return. is farm was born out of a desire to extend the sense of memorable experiences to a setting dedicated to well-being. Every detail matters here, just as it does in hospitality, and it's incredibly rewarding to shi from serving cocktails to supporting a life of health, community & growth. I'm excited for each person who joins us on this journey. If you're looking to rejuvenate, learn, and grow in a supportive community, Sweet Honey Farm welcomes you. A day in the life at the farm VUE: Can you walk us through a typical day at Sweet Honey Farm? What's the daily routine like, and what kind of activities or tasks take place throughout the day? DEVON: ere's always something to do on the 15- acre property. Mornings begin in the gardens, where we harvest fresh vegetables and plant seeds for the next harvest. We typically then do a goat yoga class, say hi to our farm pets, whether it's riding a horse or petting our cows, we love to spend time with all the animals. Sometimes my friends and I hit the sauna, cold plunge, and workout in the barn gym. If we have work calls throughout the day we will jump on a picnic table or choose one of the various quiet rooms to get work done. I end the day by enjoying a pickleball tournament or pick-up basketball game followed by fresh complementary bites by our private garden chef. VUE ON | DEVON LEVESQUE 66 VUENJ.COM
