CELEBRATING 20 YEARS
As the restaurant celebrates their
20th year of successful business,
Nolan made the decision to elevate
the space in honor of the
accomplishment. In the dining area,
bar, and patio, 20 new custom light
fixtures made by Helen Gifford, of
HelenBilt custom chandeliers, were
added to the space. The walls were
painted in a Farrow and Ball hue to
create a more seductive and intimate
ambiance. A second alternate bar
was added to the space as well, to
balance the liveliness of the main
bar along with comfortable bar
stools. This upgrade is a way for
guests to feel welcomed in the space
and encourages them to stay a while.
In the kitchen, chef Jesus Gonzales is
honoring the milestone with new
menu items. Gonzales has known
Nolan for over a decade and began
his Inaugural Executive Chef tenure
at Fresno in the summer of 2021.
The menu he has crafted at Fresno
balances classic flavors with
inventive touches, making it suitable
for any palate.
