Dreaming up bigger ideas with the desire to expand, Bobby Bournias took another leap of faith and opened up the original Brownstone Pancake Factory in Edgewater, New Jersey, completely on his own in 2014. Opening at a time when social media was taking off and creating an expansive audience, Brownstone Pancake Factory completely blew up with their aesthetically delicious, over-the-top pancakes and milkshakes. Fried Oreo cheesecake pancakes and waffle ice cream sandwich shakes are what drew crowds in, but Bobby Bournias' passion for making people happy through a meal they'll never forget is what keeps people coming back, time aer time. "I don't consider us just a food business," Bournias explained. "We sell experiences, not just food." Brownstone Pancake Factory is a place where people go for celebrations and great hospitality. The joy that he brings guests with the food he creates is what keeps Bobby Bournias so excited about the restaurant industry. "Even as things change, I still truly believe that there will always be a space for hospitality and experiences," Bournias explained. Bobby Bournias possesses the talent of dreaming up unique, beautiful edible masterpieces, and bringing them to life for everyone to enjoy. Premium ingredients, a careful cra, and a dedication to creating a memorable meal are what truly catapulted the success of the Brownstone Pancake Factory. "I'm not a number cruncher," Bournias stated, instead referring to himself as an operator. "My biggest concern is how can I make people enjoy things. I'm always thinking of what I can bring to the table that's unique and that others aren't doing." Brownstone Pancake Factory's extensive menu is far from basic with something special for everyone, prepared with fresh ingredients and creative design in mind. Aer the VUENJ.COM 55
