"In New York you get millions of people at your doorstep," Bournias says, "Everyday is the weekend. You can't tell if it's a Tuesday or a Saturday." e excitement of brainstorming ideas for locations outside of New Jersey and the challenges of navigating a new territory is what inspires Bobby Bournias to continue to revamp his brand and business. "I've been talking to a lot of successful people and there's a reason why people don't retire," Bournias recalled. "People need a reason for growth and a reason to get up in the morning and challenges in life." Looking back at the amount of effort, time, and hard work that goes into owning and opening a business, Bobby Bournias is proud that he has created something that is more than just a restaurant. Bobby Bournias takes hospitality a step further by welcoming people in like they are family and giving them an experience that keeps them coming back for more. Reflecting on his past, Bobby Bournias did not know what the restaurant industry would hold for him, but his love and passion have shown through in every step of his career. "I was able to be more successful than I ever would have been as an attorney. I never believed in the clichés to do what you love as a career but I did it and it really worked out for me."
