Faced with doubts that she could not continue to deliver the caliber of work her father did, Emily Agrinsoni put everything into delivering the same service as her father and is currently distributing eight different titles and managing 28 employees. With loyalty imbued in the bones of the company, Emily Agrinsoni rebranded the company as Agrinsoni's Way, has maintained and grown their distribution, and proven herself to be a true boss. Driving through Queens, NY recently, Emily Agrinsoni had a full circle moment of pride when, passing a hair salon she once went to, she spotted one of her company's giant warehouses sitting next to it. "Life doesn't happen to you, it happens for you," Emily said when thinking back on the challenging weight of mourning the loss of her father while simultaneously learning how to run a company. Emily Agrinsoni dedicates a large portion of her success to Carlos Rivera, a huge part of the business, family friend for over 30 years, and Emily's go-to guy in the Hamptons. Emily Agrinsoni's success proves not only her dedication to making her father proud, but also a passion for hard work and drive to be an overall loyal and trustworthy partner. As a mother and widow, Emily draws significant inspiration and strength from her son. "My son had lost his father prior to mine," Emily explained, "and I looked at my son and saw how he was super resilient and he is my inspiration and has been my big reason for everything." With love and trust at the core of Agrinsoni's Way, their success continues on. Emily Agrinsoni's passion for the industry grows as she continues her father's legacy and proves herself, not only as a distributor, but as a business owner and inspiration for hardworking women. 64 V U E H A M P TO N S .
