Establishing a sense of empowerment in
viewers as they relax in an open, meditative
space, Martin's goal of activating the voice
within her viewers by invoking thought is
captured. Collaborating with the Poetry
Society of America that provides readings at
the exhibit, e May Room is a truly unique
interactive, intellectual experience, and one
that Martin takes much pride in. e May
Room closes at the end of October 2022.
