session because it took all I had to make the
character come to life. It's hard but it's worth
it when you see the amazing results!
VUE: Your physical fitness and dedication
to health are evident throughout your
career. What does your typical workout
routine look like, and how do you balance
staying fit with your demanding schedule?
Terry: e workout is the first thing I do. I
start every morning with an hour and a half of
weights/stretching followed by at least forty
minutes of cardio. Yes, I even do weekends,
although the weights and intensity is scaled
down significantly. With me, I realized that
your strength will eventually fade, and your
speed will inevitably decrease, but your ability
to endure is the only thing that can get
stronger throughout the course of your entire
life. I've discovered the most important thing
for me to do is consistently endure a workout.
e rest will take care of itself, no matter the
place, time or age.
VUE: What's your favorite way to spend a
day in NYC?
Terry: Starts with a workout at Equinox, then
my wife Rebecca and I would go shopping for
things we can only get in New York (usually at
Bergdorf Goodman) or a museum, followed
by a meal in the best restaurant city in the
world by far!
